Laminate!

We started installing the laminate in the basement last Tuesday. It was all complete on Friday, and we're very happy with it.

These long sections in the studio proved interesting because the whole row of boards had to be installed at once. Kevin and his dad did a remarkable job. They let Claire and me help sometimes, too.

Stay tuned ...
1) The fireplace is operational now, and the bricks will hopefully go on soon.
2) Office doors are anxiously waiting to be installed.
3) Hardwood in the dining room is being asked to wait until our house achieves a more optimum humidity. Plywood floor may get painted in the meantime.
4) Carpet in the bedrooms is scheduled to be installed early in the new year.
